A holistic wellness direction was developed for a beautiful hotel on the north-side of Lesvos, shaping a micro-thermal concept “The Fig Baths” that honours the landscape, climate, and cultural rhythms of the island. The work included a wellness strategy, guest experience design, a signature clay-based ritual, outdoor hydrothermal elements designed for low-impact integration, tailored scent and material direction, and the structure for a seasonal wellness residency to support operations. This foundation positions this boutique hotel to evolve into a regenerative, culturally grounded wellness destination that feels both elevated and intrinsically of place.
