This project brings to life a new coastal bathhouse in Victoria, Australia opening in late 2026. Work completed by our team to date includes the bathing logic, experience sequencing, ritual framework, sensory direction, and early operational modelling. The current phase focuses on refining spatial flow, materiality, and hydrothermal integration, while supporting procurement and pre-opening operational planning. Developed in close collaboration with a talented multidisciplinary team, the project continues to evolve toward a distinctive, commercially intelligent, and deeply felt guest experience.
