This project supported founder Tilly Barber through a pivotal phase of shaping Monde Studio’s strategic narrative, growth pathways, and operational foundations. The work we did enabled an early organisational model and business development approach to guide Tilly’s next steps, leaving Monde with a clearer direction and a stronger backbone for growth.
